The CashPro Trade platform won the 2022 Global Finance Magazine\'s Outstanding Innovations in Supply Chain Finance Digitalization. I also co-founded Grace Peter Charitable Trust, a successful non-profit NGO operating in the rural areas of Southern India. I have served as Director of Cumbum Valley FarmFusion Pvt. Ltd. an agricultural and dairy products company started in Southern India with produces exported worldwide.

This engagement won the Trade Finance Magazine’s Innovation award for 2020- Continually reviewing opportunities for process improvements, establishing routines to perform root cause analysis, and enhancing the platform to provide best in class service to our Clients- Review Portfolio Financials across Key stakeholders with a keen focus to keep the portfolio in line with the Plan and quickly address any over/under.Most Proud Of- Supervised a complete rewrite of CashPro Trade Platform due to remediation of aging technologies, while supporting BAU processing without any disruptions to the processing of Trade Transactions- Oversaw a full SDM SAFe Agile Transformation for my Team to go from Crawl->Walk->Run on the Agile Maturity Scale and targeting to reach Fly by end of 2022- Led the Launch of a brand new API based Channel that enabled our Third Party Trade Finance Supplier Clients to use the Platform for processing Transactions which resulted in net new Sales Revenue for the Bank- Stabilized the entire platform to reduce the total incidents by 75%
