I work as a private advisor to CEOs, founders, and senior leaders who carry real responsibility and make decisions that shape companies, cultures, and lives.Most of the people I work with are highly capable and outwardly successful. What brings them to me is not a lack of skill, but the accumulation of forces that dilute clarity over time: competing demands, organizational complexity, constant decision-making, and the quiet erosion of perspective and judgment.My role is not to offer standard executive coaching. I provide a steady, confidential advisory relationship where leaders can think clearly, regain perspective, and act with integrity when the pressure is high and the answers are not obvious.I help leaders clarify what truly matters in moments of complexity, see beyond unhelpful narratives and artificial constraints, and make clean decisions without betraying their values or instincts. Much of the work involves regulating pressure, fear, and urgency so those forces don’t unconsciously drive outcomes.My background spans senior operating roles, go-to-market leadership, and more than a decade as a trusted advisor and internal partner to founders, executives, and leadership teams. I’ve worked inside fast-growing companies, alongside investors, and with leaders navigating inflection points including growth, transition, conflict, and uncertainty.Today, my practice is intentionally limited. I partner with a small number of leaders at a time in long-term, confidential advisory relationships so I can be fully present, responsive, and deeply engaged.My work often complements executive coaching, Chief of Staff functions, and board-level advisory roles.
