With over 10 years of experience in FinTech I’ve had the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of alternative investors, from Hedge Funds and Private Equity to VC and Family Offices. As a results-driven customer success manager for over 7 years I managed relationships with enterprise Hedge Fund and Venture Capital clients, delivering a top-tier client experience while increasing product footprint and growing ACV.At IHS Markit (now S&P Global) I led strategic initiatives across the Private Markets business, building partnerships with innovative companies to deliver best-in-class data solutions to allocators, GPs and portfolio companies. As a director in our Commercial Strategy org, I laid the groundwork for these initiatives by formulating GTM strategy for newly launched offerings, performing competitive analysis for emerging entrants in the space and taken a data-centric approach to product & service pricing.I love spending my free time outdoors cycling, skiing or climbing, and when the competitive urge strikes participating in triathlons or marathons in the Bay Area.
