I’m Mark Staples, CEO of American Exposition Services (AES), a family-founded company delivering standout service and logistics in the tradeshow industry.I’m a second-generation event contractor, proud to continue the legacy my father began in the early 1980s. In 2001, as he faced a tough battle with cancer, I had the honor of stepping into his role and carrying the company forward. Since then, I’ve worn nearly every hat possible in a small business — and that hands-on experience has shaped the leader I am today.At AES, we specialize in delivering outstanding service and obsess over the small details that make a big difference. Our team is the heart of the company, and I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside such dedicated professionals. Together, we’re committed to creating seamless, high-impact experiences for our clients.Outside of work, I’m all about family life with my amazing wife and four kids. I also enjoy golfing, fly fishing, camping, BBQs by the pool, coaching youth sports, and chasing new adventures — especially when it includes a good trail or a travel itinerary.
