I am a passionate builder. What started as playing with sand castles has turned to a focus on building platforms for organizations to efficiently and effectively deliver value to customers. I have seen time and again that by leveraging the right combination of people, process, and technology, teams will deliver consistently high performance.I have been fortunate to be part of high performing teams a number of times in my career, across a range of quality organizations. In each case, it started with getting the right people ‘on the bus’, rolling up our sleeves through lean process improvements, and then supporting through technology. In that order.
