About Mark Sauer

A certified professional planner (AICP), Mark delivers comprehensive and progressive planning to ensure successful project implementation. Mark utilizes a graphic approach to resolve complex problems; balancing effective illustrations with continuous and open communication and sound research. Mark routinely exceeds goals and expectations by devoting himself to the process. Mark works in an array of professional roles, designing and preparing development, transportation, and long-range plans and projects both domestically and internationally. Working side by side with industry experts in various disciplines has developed Marks proficiency in Physical Planning & Urban Design, Public Involvement, NEPA Documentation including Section 4(f) and 6(f), Policy Analysis & Development, and Planning & Zoning Administration. In his spare time, Mark roots for his Cincinnati Bearcats and hometown Wisconsin sports teams. He is a green thumb and only the 200th person to ever hike Wisconsin’s entire Ice Age National Scenic Trail (~1,200 miles), completing the feat in May 2019. Come on, let\'s take a walk!
