ABOUT MARK ROBBINS

Mark is an experienced, commercially aware, technical leader with an applied physicist background. He has built and led multidisciplinary teams for the successful delivery of advanced camera systems, research and development programmes and the timely introduction of new products, including sensor and system design, manufacture and assembly, integration and test. He acts as the technical lead and has experience with a range of technologies for space and astronomy, medical imaging and military applications. He has contributed to a monograph on low light imaging and has authored or co-authored a number of peer reviewed and conference publications. He has had published several patents granted in the field of imaging technology. As Chief Engineer he is responsible for engineering governance and the implementation of good engineering practice.
