I have created Tableau dashboards, employed data modeling and processing techniques, and developed a robust prediction and classification model using advanced data analytics. Through this project, I have demonstrated my ability to use the DMAIC methodology, leverage data quality, and generate meaningful insights on resolution times and future trends.
