About Alyssa Robinson
As the Director of Health Information Management (HIM) at Crestwyn Behavioral Health, I am responsible for ensuring the integrity, privacy, and security of health data for our patients and staff. I have over 10 years of experience in managing strategic privacy programs, both domestically and internationally, and I hold the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification from AHIMA. I excel in building harmonious working relationships across diverse constituents, distilling complex data for effective communication, and navigating through ambiguity with compliance and ethics. I lead and develop a team of HIM professionals, overseeing and assisting with data collection, storage, retrieval, analysis, and reporting for various purposes. I also implement processes and systems to support accurate and complete medical record documentation, and conduct audits, breach determinations, and privacy training programs. My mission is to drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and delivering results that positively impact the organization and its stakeholders.
