About Monal Sonecha
Monal Sonecha founded Seabrook Partners in 2005 with a mission to provide a consultative and collaborative approach to executive search. Monal’s experience in the industry, understanding of the software landscape, and extensive network provides Seabrook clients an edge in today’s competitive talent acquisition climate. Monal personally manages sourcing, recruiting and closing for all her searches. Monal transitioned to executive search after 8+ years of product management and technical consulting roles at industry leading enterprise software companies. At Mercury (HP), Monal was responsible for marketing their Application Performance Management products. She joined Mercury from Siebel where she was an early product manager for their fastest growing product line, Siebel Analytics. During this time, Monal was also responsible for OEM partnerships with Informatica and Actuate. Prior to Siebel, Monal was a Product Manager for Oracle’s Enterprise Search technology. Monal earned her Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelors in Science (Chemistry and Biology) from M. S. University, Baroda, India.
