Field Management for all on site related work going in place. Conduct coordination meetings, safety presence, and review of all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure alignment amongst the pieces that put a project together. Review and submission of Submittals & RFIs. Engage in conversation with Architects and Engineers to ensure consistency in drawings and specs the trade partners need. Schedule activities so that milestones are hit and project can stay on pace to ensure the client is satisfied in the end. Successfully ran and completed a $7 million site package for the Credit One stadium on Daniel Island, SC. Tight site and deadline made for tricky maneuvers to ensure work could be put in place in a timely manner. Large detention basin with intricate network of underdrains went in all the while an intense underground network of conduit and PVC was ran for a detailed site lighting package and a beautiful 50\'x15\' fountain at the grand entrance. At the rear of the site, a large detention basin with calculated depths to host the permeable nature of the pavers used that would shed water off the site with no issue. Had to construct while the building was still under heavy construction meaning logistics were critical in completion. Lastly, put in place a stunning landscaping package to ensure the crowd would be in awe as they walk around the site for either a week long tennis tournament or a concert in the bowl. Big success for Choate Charleston.
