Mitchell Sobolevsky is General Counsel for Ironhorn Enterprises, a full service commercial real estate development firm based in Syracuse, New York. Mitchell is a member of the Executive Leadership, where he provides strategic outlook, goal setting, and counsel on current and prospective deals, acquisitions, insurance, financing, development and litigation matters. Prior to joining Ironhorn, Mitchell served as Real Estate Counsel for Pyramid Management Group, one of the largest privately held shopping mall development firms in the Northeast. Mitchell primarily focused on drafting and negotiating lease agreements with regional and national tenants as well as providing general business and legal support to internal teams. Mitchell is a business minded attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit. Following conventional training, Mitchell joined a start-up cryptocurrency mining operation as Chief Executive Officer, which was backed by an initial $20 Million Dollar investment. Mitchell\'s career began in Washington, D.C, where he gained experience in the White House, government relations and consulting firms advising and providing actionable outlook for large corporations, pharmaceutical companies, and trade associations. Most notably, Mitchell was a White House Intern in the Office of the Senior Advisor in the Trump Administration.
