I’ve spent 30 years designing games and digital products, with the last 15 focused on mobile game UX.Mobile gaming sharpened how I think about user motivation and behavior, freemium economics, and fast, data-informed iteration. I bring the mechanics and motivations learned in gaming to products to drive engagement and retention.Across multiple VP-level roles, I’ve built and led high-performing design teams and cultures grounded in craft, accountability, and continuous growth.
