ABOUT KAITLYNN PEREZ-MOCKETT
Quit hiding your magic. The world is ready for you.\"- Danielle DobyI am someone who brings the heart. I am someone who craves authenticity and aims to make a space where folks can show up safely and honestly. I am insatiable. I need challenges, desire growth, and seek to persuade and compel others. I believe in hard work, humility, empathy and kindness. I grew up enamored by stories, other worlds, and dreamed of possibilities - all kinds of possibilities. I explored through creating, and found solutions in all sorts of odd places. I gave everything I had to all those possibilities and solutions; I taught myself how to become a master learner, a forever student, always seeking the next opportunity and all the incredible knowledge I\'d swim in because of it. Over the years, I\'ve discovered my recurring goal is to actively listen, process information, and collaboratively come to a true solution that serves all parties involved. I\'m not a believer in bandaids when it comes to the injustices of our system, and will always be seeking answers that help either reach or maintain stability - for individuals, organizations, projects, or communities. I believe in connecting the right people to the right resources at the right time. Across my mini-eras, I\'ve discovered a great deal about the woman I already am and the woman I am working to become. I\'m continuing to strategically curate my life into something authentic, impactful, empowering, and rewarding - I have no hesitation in bringing the right people along for the ride. Buckle in. I am an INFJ on the Myers-Briggs scale, an Enneagram 2w1, and According to Gallup’s StrengthsFinders assessment, my natural strengths are: Learner, Strategic, Relator, Achiever, and Intellection. And yes - to me, those things matter.
