Having worked in the medical device and hospital industry for more than 20 years, I have had the opportunity to develop and work with devices ranging from proton accelerators to vinyl tips for oxygen tubing. I have served in both direct and matrix leadership roles, including leading teams across multiple facilities and countries. Although my primary experience is in product development and quality systems, I have worked in the fields of project management and manufacturing as well.
