Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal and Colonial Management Group LP rules, regulations and policies; ensures that the clinic operates within all operating budgets including payroll, supplies and overtime; actively recruits for all clinic staff including contract labor; responsible for accurate daily accounting of all cash transactions, including deposits, and daily accounting of medication inventory; monitors all clinic staff and contract labor in the performance of their duties and responsibilities; advises CMGLP through the Regional Director of any regulatory issues or concerns and makes timely recommendations to address them as appropriate; guides, coaches, and disciplines all staff to CMGLP\'s standards; ensures that appropriate qualified personnel are maintained in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and CMGLP policies; achieves a three-year accreditation award from recognized accrediting bodies through daily application and conformance and national accreditation standards; prepares and submits annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily reports as required; ensures that all patients and staff have completed all intakes, admissions, discharges and aftercare paperwork; develops a group session schedule for counseling staff to further strengthen the patient\'s bond with the clinic; identifies any clinic needs and works to address them as appropriate; actively participates in community relations activities; responsible for overall oversight of patient progress documented by staff in all assigned patient charts; ensures that staff has a clear understanding of all CMGLP\'s policies and procedures; actively participates in CARF conformance and the state audit process; conducts treatment team and administrative staff meetings on a regular basis; responsibile for documenting all incidents at the clinic level to Regional Director, Zone Director, Director of HR and Corporate Compliance Office; completes all staff\'s annual performance reviews
