I work at the intersection of real estate investment, capital partnerships, and portfolio strategy within one of the largest publicly traded single-family rental platforms in the United States. Over the past four years, I’ve led underwriting and capital partner engagement on $7.6B+ in transactions spanning REIT, joint venture, and third-party managed strategies across homes and 19 U.S. markets. My work covers the full deal lifecycle — financial modeling, due diligence, investment committee presentations, JVA/PMA/AMA structuring, and co-investor reporting — across value-add, build-to-rent, and development strategies. Before institutional real estate, I spent 10 years in a family-owned development and property management company working hands-on across residential and commercial construction, renovations, and capital improvement planning. That operational foundation gives me a unique perspective on underwriting and asset management. I’m particularly interested in the institutionalization of residential real estate globally — how markets like Australia, the UK, and Continental Europe are adopting models that the U.S. has scaled over the past decade, and what that means for capital allocation, risk management, and long-term portfolio construction.
