ABOUT MARIAN KENNEDY
As a faculty member, my role is focused on developing early career engineers/scientists along with contributing new knowledge about deformation mechanisms in metals and composites. My current research group mainly focuses on the mechanical and tribological response of metals and the professional formation of engineers and researchers. Most recently, I have worked on faculty mentoring initiatives at the university level and begun coaching faculty. My goal is to complete my coaching credential from ICF with this academic year.
