I build the operating infrastructure that complex organizations run on. It\'s Workforce architecture, HR technology strategy, process transformation, people analytics, global governance all rolled into one. It is the systems and structures that determine whether a organization can execute, scale, or change direction without breaking. For over a decade I\'ve led this work inside one of the world\'s most operationally complex global enterprises, of employees, multi-country scope. I\'ve also carried it outside as an advisor to global organizations across energy, aviation, retail, hospitality, and automotive. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Harvard Business School Executive Certificates in Strategy and Disruptive Strategy, and an MBA in progress at Durham University Business School. I\'ve spoken at ATD, HR Tech, DevLearn, Cornerstone Connect and Cornerstone Spark. I\'m a transatlantic operator with U.S. execution experience, European governance sensibility, and no preference between them.
