I am a decisive and global leader with over 20 years of Human Resources and Learning and Development experience. I have cultivated a broad profile in career management, talent management, and L&D strategies. I am adept at designing and delivering impactful training programs, utilizing LMS platforms and eLearning tools to cater to the needs of a modern workforce. As a result, I am passionate about fostering growth, developing talent, and supporting organizational success.
