Be the change you want to see. I got my start in a call center doing frontline tech support for an MSO, but it wasn\'t the lack of an assigned seat, or getting yelled at all day every day that hooked me. It was seeing firsthand the power of information and knowledge, and the pioneering DIY culture of the people who worked to share their information and knowledge for the benefit of us all. That\'s what I wanted to be when I grew up! I gained a love of learning, a passion for creating little scripts, tools, and documentation that might be useful to someone who finds themself where I once was.
