As a Territory Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, I lead a team of 8 sales executives to achieve and exceed the targets for SME unsecured loan sales in the SEPL/BIL segment. With the help of my analytical skills and product knowledge, I have successfully closed multiple deals with high-value clients, generating exceptional revenue for my team. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Axis Institute of Planning and Management, where I majored in Finance. During my studies, I gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at SGSB & Associates, where I assisted in preparing financial statements, conducting ratio analysis, and auditing accounts. I also participated in various case competitions and workshops to hone my skills and network with industry professionals. My core competencies include customer relationship management, marketing strategies, product promotion, and merchandising.
