As a partner at Long Angle, I oversee the investment group that manages investment strategy for high net worth individuals looking to navigate finances, planning, and investments. The business manages private market investing for VHNW members, including sourcing, diligence, execution and closing. To date, we have closed 55+ SPVs to some of the world\'s top funds, with ~$400 million in committed capital.Prior to my time at Long Angle, I co-founded and exited two businesses in the health and wellness space and was President of the formerly publicly traded yoga brand YogaWorks, managing its labor negotiations, take-private and post-covid 363 sale and fully digital spinoff.I also spent several years managing a real estate GP leading all legal, lending, acquisition and disposition, and asset management for House Edge, LLC as a managing member and original company principal. I oversaw company owned real estate, including company and third party managed assets. Assets included multifamily, single family residential, and commercial properties throughout the Southeast.My experience on the GP side of private equity RE also led me to spend considerable time focusing on private investment management, sponsor selection, and full time investment strategy across real estate, private equity, and alternative investments working with leading sponsors and family offices throughout the United States.Prior to building and exiting our businesses, I practiced as a Real Estate Associate at Jones Day. I focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, lender financing, distressed sales, and commercial real estate leasing. Before Jones Day, I clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Dallas, Texas.
