It has been a great journey since I joined Cubic. I have learned so much and grown over time. The value of teamwork, importance of empathy, and the power of determination are few of the many core lessons that I strongly believe in and they help me to guide on a daily basis. I love taking challenges and they can be a great way to grow, learn, and push boundaries. Transitioning into a Team Lead role requires careful planning and preparation to ensure a successful and smooth transition. I am confident to work on them and be prepared to carry out duties and responsibilities.Duties and Responsibilities: • Understanding of projects / Attending project test reviews• Maintain detailed knowledge of applicable devices / systems• Attend customer meeting where applicable and liaise with customers on relevant activity including Witness Testing.• Carry out manual, environmental and reliability testing on internal systems in a simulated environment, by following scripts• Support and provide training and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate knowledge on applicable devices/systems and meet the testing requirements determined by the project• Liaise with Engineering departments and customers regarding testing of projects• Prepare the demonstration area for customer visits• Record and report the results of training progress of applicable Test Personnel• Review and research system designs and contractual requirements in order to identify appropriate test parameters• Continue to maintain own knowledge of allocated devices / systems• Participate in departmental training programmes, supporting to ensure that departmental skills and knowledge of the relevant systems/devices are continuously improved• Participate in resource allocation• Comply with Company values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
