Currently managing dual responsibilities across Contact Center Operations and Business Operations within a large-scale setup overseeing over 120 resources.This hybrid kind of role included-Delivery Management:• Hired a team of fresher and experienced recruiters to set up a separate healthcare staffing unit and ran that unit, it included over 20 resources. This was the first time I had had opportunity to work on healthcare and progress on it.• On another flank on later period was asked to work on HCL and TCS accounts since I had experience with them, I set up a separate team for these accounts in Noida office and took care of delivery, this was a team of 10 members including recruiters, lead and AM.• On the business side, the role involves refining operational workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of staffing solutions, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare recruitment domain. This includes-• Driving professional development, performance enhancement, and productivity across the healthcare staffing team.• Ensuring rigorous screening and onboarding of fresh talent, with structured training programs designed to ensure successful deployment.• Improving recruitment practices, optimizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) usage, and upholding human-centric values in recruiter-candidate communications.• Also experienced in managing healthcare MSP and VMS ecosystems, with hands-on exposure.Contact Center Operations:• On the operations front, accountable for end-to-end management of essential contact center needs,including coordination with vendors for housekeeping, transportation, cabs, meals, and other infrastructure essentials.• The focus is on streamlining daily operations to foster a more employee-friendly environment, reducing friction in processes and enhancing team satisfaction.
