As an experienced engineer with a passion for designing and implementing sustainable microgrid energy solutions, I am excited to share my skills and expertise with others. With a background in mechanical and energy engineering, I have developed a diverse range of technical skills that enable me to provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.Currently, I am working as an Senior Application Engineer at Cummins Inc, where I provide application support to field requests for technology solutions beyond individual generator sets. In this role, I make use of energy modeling tools to model and validate solutions for energy markets. I work closely with different Cummins business segments to leverage Application Engineering tools and processes and to support and influence customer solution requirements. As the primary liaison to deliver product technical information, I have developed strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts.Prior to my role at Cummins Inc, I worked as an Energy Engineer at Carleton Energy in New York. In this position, I performed NYC LL87 and LL97 for buildings more than Sq. Ft as part of the New York City Energy Conservation Law. I assessed carbon limit calculations and addressed energy deficiencies to recommend possible energy conservation through a retro-commissioning to clients. I inspected installation of energy conservation measures in complex commercial/industrial facilities for compliance with engineering standards, technical requirements, and design intentions. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in design software such as Xendee, Homer Grid, Homer Pro, Xandee, SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, ANSYS Fluent, and HSM works. I am proficient in application software such as MATLAB, C++, Flowcharting Software, Linear Programming, Microsoft Office, and Sway. My technical skills include Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CAD, Engineering drawings, and GD & T.I am a passionate engineer with a desire to make a positive impact in the world. I am eager to work with like-minded professionals who share my commitment to sustainability and innovation.
