I\'m the Head of Engineering at Sagetap, where I manage the Engineering and Product processes and people to build an online platform/marketplace designed to fix the dysfunctional software discovery and sales ecosystem. From personal experience, I have come to firmly believe that:1. The way sellers approach their engagements with tech buyers is broken2. The way tech buyers find and evaluate software is inefficient and painful3. The relationship between these buyers and sellers is in need of an overhaul4. I\'m particularly interested in fostering team cohesion and morale and building engineering processes and structures that scale (and of course playing with new technology).I\'m comfortable speaking to folks ranging from clients, partners, LLMS, and boards to the end users on a warehouse floor. I consider communication, collaborativeness, humility, boldness, and curiosity the most integral elements of engineers and organizations.
