Technical Operations Engineer (L3) at Amazon Web Services, with close to four years of experience across Amazon Fulfillment Center operations, on-site IT support, and AWS data center infrastructure.I began my journey at Amazon in Fulfillment Center operations, progressing from a fixed-term to a permanent role. Within the same FC, I was selected to support on-site IT operations as an IT Helper during peak season, before returning to operations with expanded technical exposure.Building on this foundation, I joined Amazon Web Services as a Data Center Technician (L2), operating and maintaining large-scale cloud infrastructure, and was later promoted to Technical Operations Engineer (L3). In my current role, I focus on incident escalation, infrastructure reliability, and troubleshooting across server hardware, networking, and Linux-based systems in 24/7 mission-critical environments.I’m driven by ownership, operational excellence, and continuous learning, and motivated by environments where scale, precision, and reliability truly matter.
