With over 35 years of experience in the Federal and Defense sector, I am a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategy and managing business development, capture, and proposal efforts for complex business, technology, and infrastructure solutions. Currently, I work at Integrity Management Consulting, where I deliver high-quality Program Management (Acquisition, Contracting, Financial), Intel Support, and GIS/Data services) to our DoD and Civilian clients. Previously, I held Chief Growth Officer roles at IT Partners and BlueWater Federal Solutions, where I applied my domain expertise in Enterprise Systems, Software Development, and Business System Transformation to win and execute contracts with Military Services, Defense Agencies, and across key Civilian markets. My mission is to help our clients achieve their goals and objectives by providing them with innovative, integrated, and cost-effective solutions that address their most critical challenges and needs.
