I operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution-owning how complex, global deals actually come together.At Zip, I focus on Services GTM, partnering with sales to structure, scope, and close deals across software, services, and partner ecosystems. From early-stage strategy through contracting, I help turn complex opportunities into executable plans aligning customer outcomes, delivery models, and commercial terms to drive revenue while reducing risk.Much of my work sits in the gray areas: multi-party deals, global rollouts, partner capacity constraints, and non-traditional buyers including private equity firms and BPOs. I bring a presales foundation and experience in services sales, allowing me to bridge the gap between what’s sold and what can actually be delivered.Previously, I worked in professional services sales and strategy at Medallia, from London supporting enterprise and public sector customers across global markets.I’m particularly interested in continuing to grow into services strategy and operations;building scalable, repeatable models that support both revenue growth and effective delivery.
