These products ensured incremental revenue, customer satisfaction, time to market, and margin goals were met. Within the 20••••22 fiscal years alone, I launched 25 parent SKUs.• Responsible for cost optimization and quality improvement initiatives (ECO / QVE); determined method of implementation • Managed tooling initiatives for products utilizing sheet metal, injection molding, and extrusion • Coordinated BIFMA regulatory testing including static load, dynamic load, tip, and drop; experience with UL • Navigated region-specific compliances regarding product and packaging, including California Proposition 65 • Successfully navigated mid-project holds or pivots, such as cost reduction, to ensure product launch• Collaborated with overseas factories regarding manufacturing details and capabilities, primarily in China and Taiwan • Collected and documented all essential features, specifications, BOM, and technical drawings • Worked with Project Management to translate design briefs into prioritized features, specifications, and potential IP • Developed initial concepts by quick 3D CAD modeling; refined the approved concept to a level sufficient for quoting (DFM / DFA) • Created presentation-level renders to communicate the proposed look and CMF with KeyShot • Created physical proof of concepts using various materials from 3D prints to foam core; assembled and validated prototypes • Created expert level factory and end-user assembly instructions, visualizing not only assembly but also user experience • Maintained and communicated project status, timelines, and any outstanding tasks on a weekly basis with Wrike gantt charts
