Stonebranch makes the most innovative job scheduler available. • Ensure successful growth by working closely with customers and channel in order to determine their requirements and to demonstrate how Stonebranch products are uniquely suited to optimally meet their objectives • Coordinate Stonebranch Training Program including development of curriculum/materials, scheduling and delivery of training • Design of technical solutions and strategies for the implementation of Stonebranch products and services • Work with Product Managers, Engineering and Sales, in developing sales tools, including: technical training, presentations, training documentation, and demonstrations • Work closely with channel partners to ensure consistently high quality of technical/sales information, training and consulting • Manage partner/customer expectations and provide technology best-practice advice • Work as a team member with Sales, Services and Technical Support personnel in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • Provide feedback to Product Marketing and Systems Engineering management on product features requested by customers and partners
