Planning, execution and monitoring of projects from the beginning to the end in order to achieve business objectives.\\\\n- Development team manager based on agile methodologies.\\\\n- Adaptation of Scrum or Kanban depending on the characteristics of the product.\\\\n- Generate good communication, flexibility, trust, responsibility among team members so that they work efficiently and achieve the objectives.\\\\n- Implement changes and provide solutions.\\\\n- Identify in advance the possible risks that may affect the development of the project.\\\\n- Assign and supervise the tasks designated for the execution of the project.\\\\n- Monitor the development of the project to control and verify that everything is fulfilled according to the established objectives.\\\\n- Preparation of periodic reports to publicize the progress and results that are being obtained.\\\\n- Linking with the development team to learn more about the technical part in order to improve the decisions to be made about the product.\\\\n- Involved in all stages of the software, analysis, requirements gathering, design, layout, development, testing and implementation in the client\'s environment.\\\\n- Use of tools: Jira Software, Confluence, YouTrack, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
