I operate at the intersection of Procurement, Health & Safety and Operations within complex, multi-site environments.As a UK National Key Accounts Manager, I work with manufacturing and distribution businesses to align commercial agreements with operational reality, ensuring consistency across sites, reducing risk exposure and bringing clarity to national procurement strategies.My focus isn’t simply product supply. It’s commercial structure. That means standardising approaches across locations, supporting CAPEX planning, improving visibility for procurement teams and ensuring operational stakeholders have solutions that genuinely perform under pressure.With experience across utilities and safety-critical industries, I understand the cost, compliance and margin sensitivities that sit behind every operational decision. I work closely with senior stakeholders to create scalable, practical agreements that balance safety, performance and commercial discipline.I’m particularly motivated by roles where structure, alignment and long-term value can be built across complex organisations, bringing together procurement, operations and commercial objectives into one coherent approach.
