Capital Infra Trust (erstwhile known as National infrastructure Trust) is a Public listed InvIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust).Capital Infra Trust (InvIT) vision is to create a sustainable infrastructure growth platform with an aim to provide superior yields to Investors. Our InvIT currently houses 9 Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) road assets as Initial Portfolio Assets and has 17 additional HAM road assets under ROFO arrangement with Sponsor. InvIT will also focus on acquiring third party assets comprising of HAM and BOT -Toll Roads. All the assets forming part of InvIT will be backed by sovereign counter party - National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
