I was initially hired as an office assistant to help with any technology needs for the office, but eventually took on more responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to operating and performing routine maintenance on medical-grade equipment such as fluoroscopy machine, autoclave, electrosurgical machine, and radio-frequency ablation system. I also worked with the facility\'s SaaS electronic health record system to manage and update patient records, confirm insurance authorizations, and create surgery schedules. While having those additional responsibilities, I was still responsible for fulfilling any technology or information system needs, requests, repairs, maintenance, and projects for the surgery center’s cloud computing network.
