When I first joined Sunflower Hostel Berlin, I started as a Receptionist—managing check-ins and check-outs, reservations, guest communication, and even supporting bar service. It was a role that required adaptability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to make every guest feel welcome.Over time, I discovered another way to contribute to the hostel’s energy and community: through social media and design. I took the initiative to create and manage our content, shaping how we present ourselves online while keeping the same spirit of warmth and connection that drives our daily guest experience.Now, I handle social media strategy, content creation, and design projects—helping Sunflower Hostel reach and inspire travelers long before they step through our doors
