Sampath is a globally recognized technology leader with 30+ years of impact across mission-critical industries—including capital markets, BFSI, telecom, OTT media and Data Center. Currently serving as CTO – Technology Infrastructure at NSE India, one of the world’s largest stock exchanges, he leads complex transformation programs that blend highest resilience, innovation and scale.Throughout his career, Sampath has led tech innovation from concept to scale—building platforms, driving enterprise growth and owning P&L and cost center responsibilities. He’s held key strategic roles, including overseeing OTT media platform operations at Jio Platforms, serving as a founding team member of Nxtra Data (a Bharti Airtel subsidiary), and establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Wipro. He spearheaded large-scale infrastructure rollout across Jio businesses—Telecom, FTTX, Retail, Payment Bank, OTT and Jio Games—while managing cutting-edge Data Center, Network and Security operations.Under his leadership, NSE was honored as the Best Infrastructure Platform in Asia in 2024 & 2025 \'Best of the Best Awards\' by Asia Asset Management in two consecutive years.
