I am a passionate health and wellness expert, with a rich history as a collegiate All-American athlete at the University of Arkansas and over 23 years of educational leadership experience. As a Certified Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor (currently completing my Pilates certification), I bring a unique blend of athletic discipline, education, and wellness expertise to the corporate and individual wellness space.
