ABOUT TARA FARRELL RUCCI

I possess a strong foundation of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Talent Management and DEIB from over three decades of working within organizations from start up to global Fortune 500. I have 30 years of dynamic experience working within organizations of all sizes, phases, sectors and capacities to support and sustain positive compliant change management to drive environments and employees to evolve for the better. My honest philosophy starts with communication, collaboration in consistent processes and practices supporting equitable outcomes for employees and organizations to bring the workplace in balance positively. I have been in my field as a leader and an owner at SPRIOC, LLC, since 2018 where I provide HR, full-cycle recruitment, diversity and inclusion strategy, training, events, development/career coaching and consulting services to a variety of clients and industries. I hold certifications in HR, Talent, Workforce Development, Diversity, Benefits, Coaching, Training, Trauma, and resilience, and I leverage my expertise to create equitable, effective, and sustainable solutions for organizational development and growth. My mission is to work honestly and collaboratively in the best interest of the organizations I serve, listening to their needs and exceeding their expectations. I have a wealth of knowledge and education in my field, which makes me a well-rounded and versatile professional. I work hard to get the job done, setting goals for excellence, inclusion, and best practices.
