Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Racquet Works for Cliff Drysdale Tennis, Peter Burwash International, and Troon. Racquet Works is a revolutionary education, development, and resources platform designed to elevate every facet of racquet sports operations—from programming innovation and facility design to leadership development and hospitality management. Through this platform, we empower facilities to optimize operations, enhance member satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth.With a comprehensive background in racquet sports management, I bring extensive experience across programming, marketing, strategic planning, tournament operations, coaching, budgeting, and facility management.Additionally, I contribute to the broader professional community as the Head Pickleball Coach Developer for the RSPA Southwest, Board Member for the RSPA Southwest, and member of the National Pickleball Task Force Committee. In these roles, I lead training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for racquet sports professionals nationwide.I hold certifications as an Elite Professional (RSPA), Adult Development Professional (PTR), Professional (PPR), and Head Padel Coach (Padel MBA), and have earned the Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE) distinction from McMahon Careers.My dedication to excellence has been recognized through several honors, including the RSPA Industry Excellence Award (2023), the RSPA Southwest Elevate Award (2021), and recognition as the National Elevate Professional of the Year.
