I call it passion.Since 2009, beginning my career as an HR intern for a non-profit organization & progressing recently into Senior Manager of Talent Operations at a tech, fully-remote company, my career has been driven by a genuine commitment to people, growth, & organizational health. I am deeply passionate about developing people, enhancing employee experience, & creating environments where individuals and businesses can thrive across the full employee lifecycle.I bring 16+ years of end-to-end HR experience, including six years in HR leadership roles, with comprehensive ownership across all HR Centers of Excellence & all phases of the employee lifecycle.
