As a Business Analyst – License Management, I maintain and develop the metrics database and dashboard to meet evolving business needs. Collaborating with the leadership team and license managers, I handle all operational aspects of financial processing for managed license agreements, ensuring compliance with Novartis internal guidelines. I provide complex analysis, forecasts, and reporting related to metrics and finances, delivering accurate operational information for annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.**Major & Analytics / Value Database and Dashboard*- Track utilization of services and licensed resources- Provide trend analysis and dashboards to support content strategy and portfolio management- Ensure data quality, monitor usage patterns, and identify potential misuse- Propose, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Implement, analyze, report, and optimize services delivered- Maintain the database and dashboard: upload statistics, create tables and views, execute SQL queries, refresh dashboards, create visualizations, and write/amend scripts- Maintain automation jobs in NiFi and ensure script uploads to the Linux server.*Financial Planning & Operational Support*- Assist with budget and revenue tracking, forecasting, and analysis- Conduct detailed financial analysis for Leadership and Global Business Solutions Finance- Develop procedures to manage financial objectives- Support budget planning and execution of financial documents and procedures- Ensure compliance with internal finance guidelines.
