I’m a UX Designer at Amazon. I currently support Amazon internal products focused on complex problems around talent development lifecycle, talent movement, employee development including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, promotions, organizational planning, performance management, and learning and development. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Master\'s Degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering. While pursuing my undergrad in software engineering I found my true passion in User Centered Design.I firmly believe that great products are created through a synergic relationship between research, design, and technology. It involves getting at the crux of understanding why designs exist the way they do and their ramifications on people\'s interactions.When working in teams I value transparency and clarity. I enjoy meeting, interacting and working with new people coming from different backgrounds.
