I also drive user-first thinking by leading the Voice of Customer program, ensuring broker feedback directly influences product decisions.At PropTiger, I focus on customer reactivation and lead prioritization. I’ve worked on automated WhatsApp campaigns that revived dormant leads and delivered strong ROI, and designed lead scoring models that helped sales teams focus on high-potential customers.
