ABOUT MICHAEL RUGGIERI

I work as a process engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, a field that aligns my analytical skills with my passion for developing life-changing medications and therapies to ultimately help others.In my current role at Sarepta, I bridge the gap between development and clinical/commercial plasmid manufacturing, working on diverse and fast-paced projects that require problem-solving and project management skills. Our MSAT team collaborates routinely with cross-functional teams and customers/CMOs to transition processes to large scale, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. I heavily focus on fostering a culture of teamwork, motivating others to achieve common goals. Outside of work I stay active by playing sports like soccer, golf, and surfing.
