I am determined and enthusiastic with strong academic background in science field. To work for a pharmaceuticals industry and put my experience to work in order to attain a milestone and thereby contribute to the success of the organization and humanity. As a quality conscious personality with 15+ years of experience in a Pharmaceutical quality control Department (Formulation & API products), I think I can contribute effectively to your organization. In my previous company, Cadila Healthcare Limited (India), which is a USFDA approved organization, I worked in the quality control department as an Associate Manager. Experience in solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules and suspension), sterile dosage forms (dry powder for injection). Thorough about operation of Analytical/QC Laboratory. Experienced in handling major regulatory audits like USFDA, UK-MHRA, WHO-Geneva, and ANVISA. Possess a clear understanding of the industry, technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality assurance practices to achieve business excellence at the lowest overall cost. Proficient in maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of Instruments etc. thereby enhancing productivity & durability. An effective communicator & team leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Planning and review of finish product and In-process samples within time period.
