Throughout my journey from a Bachelor of Pharmacy to pursuing an MBA at IIM Bodhgaya, I\'ve always been passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector. My professional path has led me through diverse experiences that have shaped my skills and understanding of the industry. For instance, during my time as a Trainee Patient Safety Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services, I was involved in processing over cases, dealing with critical health scenarios like serious hospitalization and disabilities. This role not only sharpened my problem-solving abilities but also deepened my empathy for patients navigating tough times.My stint as a Management Trainee at BIMA GARAGE was another pivotal moment where I launched operations in Nagpur by mapping out 200+ hospitals within just three months! Securing three high-value clients worth over ₹1.2 Million annually felt rewarding as it combined my analytical skills with real-world impact—helping connect patients with essential services they need.I’m equally enthusiastic about learning new things outside of work! Being part of the L’Oréal Boost 2024 program was an exciting opportunity that broadened my network while allowing me to explore innovative approaches within the beauty-pharma intersection.
