The Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association grew out of the vision of Oxford Circle Mennonite Church with the mission: To extend healing and hope in the Oxford Circle community, believing that God’s purpose of reconciling all people to Jesus leads us to minister on spiritual, physical, social, & economic levels. We have numerous community initiatives: grade school enrichment, GED and ELL, parents as teachers (PAT), food distribution, business support and workforce development.
