As the Associate Director of Support Operations, I am responsible for implementing an effective technology service support strategy for the university. I guide teams in providing excellent customer experiences from first contact to field support for the Elon community. My duties include; developing and managing operational processes, ensuring adherence to technology standards and policies, and leading efforts to continuously improve the digital experience at Elon. In this role, I also act on behalf of the Director of Campus Technology Support in their absence, as directed.
